These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Accudriver mobile application ("the App") operated by AccuSoft OU ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Accudriver provides trip cost calculation, route planning, country-specific driving rules, and AI-powered trip generation. The App is intended for informational and planning purposes only. You must not rely solely on the App for driving decisions.
2. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, belongs to AccuSoft OU. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, managed through Apple's App Store and processed via RevenueCat. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store policies. Free-tier users are subject to usage limits (e.g., a limited number of trip calculations per month).
4. Accuracy of Information
Accudriver provides information about traffic rules, toll costs, fuel prices, and route data sourced from third parties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that this information is complete, current, or error-free. AccuSoft OU is not responsible for the quality of information provided (including traffic rules, road signs, toll prices, and fuel costs) or any consequences arising from reliance on such information.

The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of these providers:

The App requires an active internet connection for most features, including trip calculations, route planning, and AI trip generation. AccuSoft OU cannot take responsibility for the App not functioning properly without connectivity. Your mobile network provider's charges for data usage apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to provide accurate and reliable information, and we continuously improve our data sources and algorithms. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, AccuSoft OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccurate toll or fuel cost estimates, incorrect route suggestions, or outdated driving rules.
8. Updates and Termination
We may update the App at any time. Continued use requires accepting updates when offered. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end and you must stop using the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
